This website is owned and operated by Nity's Delights and powered by Wix. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payments

Purchases you make for good/ services must be paid via debit/ credit card through our payment facility on the site. Orders for which invoices have been sent, must be paid for via bank transfer only, to the details provided in your invoice. All prices are shown in British Pound and may subjective to a processing fee by your bank if you're paying from outside of the United Kingdom.

3. Deliveries

Your shopping basket and confirmation email display the goods you have chosen, the seller who shall provide them an details of collections/ postage/ delivery.

4. Returns/ Cancellations

All orders are non-refundable in the event of cancellations. Due to the nature of our custom cakes and perishable goods, we do not issue refunds for any reason, unless a clear error was made by us. This will be subjective to our discretion.​

Cakes must be stored as communicated to you and as mentioned in your invoice
